This paper by Frank Zittle, vice president and director of research for CEER, was originally presented at ED-MEDIA World Conference on Education Multimedia, Hypermedia and Telecommunications. The results support the idea that Navajo elementary students whose teachers used a SMART Board interactive whiteboard with math instruction tended to show greater pretest to posttest gains than students whose teachers did not use the product to facilitate instruction.
