Conference Presenters are responsible for the equipment for their presentations, which includes the following tasks:

• Set up the SMART Board interactive whiteboard and floor stand
• Provide the necessary projector (available from most conference venues)
• Use the latest version of SMART Board software
• Repackage the SMART products, attach shipping labels and coordinate pickup at the conference center’s loading dock
