Selection process

  1. Applications must be received at least one month before the presentation date to provide enough time to coordinate product shipment.
  2. Although the application form is as short as possible, SMART still requires enough information to ensure successful delivery of your product.
  3. The program manager will make a preliminary review of applications within five days of submission.
  4. Successful applicants are notified immediately after their proposals have been reviewed.
